About Kratom
kratom, scientific name Mitragyna speciosa, is a tropical tree. The leaves of the tree are used to make tea and also ground into a powder. It also has powerful properties that help you relax, enhance mood, and provide energy. Kratom trees are found in South East Asia where the people there have been using them for generations. Here are a couple tips from our own experience. As most people will tell you, the more you use something the higher your chance of developing a tolerance for that substance becomes. kratom is interesting because it actually has a reverse-tolerance, so sometimes when you take a new strain you may not feel it that strong until your 3rd or 5th time taking it. Another tip to keep in mind with kratom is that less is more. By that we mean, taking a small dose or half dose sometimes will have a greater effect than a full dose.
